標題[其它] 面試主管x公司狀況

小弟今天不才去高雄單X房住宿空間面試， 這家公司在各大徵才網站一直都有貼訊息， 所以今天去那邊碰碰運氣， 裡面的櫃檯小姐比較客氣， 叮嚀我換室內拖鞋並且填寫資料， 填寫完資料也會請我到另外一邊面試， 面試過程面試那位女生一直沒談論到工作內容，工作時間，薪資福利，績效獎金如何計算 ， 就問了我一些之前的工作內容， 為什麼離職，是否役畢等潦草內容， 我回問她還會用一種不想回答你的表情回應你， 一直追問我必需要知道的最後她說， 其實這些獎金制度等到你錄取了， 會有主管跟你細談， 然後一直問你還有沒有問題， 這種面試過程跟感覺讓人很差， 既然覺得不想錄取就可以大方直說， 擺個臉色給別人看， 並不會覺得你這家公司比較好， 我想企業一直缺人也不是沒有原因， 光面試第一關給人不好的印象， 對這家公司的印象也不會太好， 一個公司給人印象不好，也怪不得缺人了。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.239.110.138 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/job/M.1418713309.A.80C.html
