立院修憲工程即將啟動，民進黨立院黨團上午舉行黨團會議，黨團總召柯建銘認為國民黨將修憲委員會排到院會第29案沒有誠意，民進黨立委李俊俋也呼籲國民黨先拿出誠意溝通，統獨議題可以先擱置。
