標題[公司] 離職前的補班，可否算加班?

想請問一個問題不知道PO在這適不適合? 是這樣的，我將於12/31離職，但公司因要調休2015/1/2 所以在2014/12/27統一要上班。我想問的是我們人事說我離職是在2015年，補班是離職前所以我2014/12/27還是要正常上班，但我自然放不到2015/1/2的架也不能算加班或補修換薪水!! 我的想法是我比別人多上一天，卻沒放到，應當算在加班裡。人事說他是依勞基法的規定，小弟不太清楚哪一條規定人事也說不出來... 請問我的案例應該怎麼處理才正確呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.130.140.219 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1418871148.A.867.html
