辜成允洗錢檢方不起訴

最高檢「特偵一班」偵辦前總統陳水扁龍潭收賄、洗錢案，懷疑台泥董事長辜成允匯賄款到海外，將辜依洗錢等罪移送台北地檢署偵查，檢方偵辦認為，辜行賄扁家為自行出帳，因此標的款項並非「重大犯罪所得之不法利益」，與法定要件不符，上午將辜處分不起訴。
