夏張會有望？夏：若M503有解

陸委會主委夏立言今表示，前主委王郁琦與中國大陸國台辦主任張志軍的「王張會」破局與M503航線有關，如果M503新航線的問題能夠解決，他期待兩岸事務負責人能有機會會面。

夏立言今上午拜會台聯立委賴振昌，王張會取消原因是與M503航線，一旦這問題解決，在適當時機，陸委會樂見兩岸事務負責人有制式會面解決問題。

此外，媒體也關注陸委會是否派員參加三月底在海南島舉行的博熬論壇？夏立言說，博熬論壇由兩岸市場基金會主導，他不會參加，陸委會也不會派員出席。
