錄音跟攝影只能當作控告對方恐嚇取財的證據
不可能讓對方馬上入獄
畢竟台灣是法治社會，還是要經過一定的審判流程
但是如果您不採取法律行動只會讓對方食髓知味
總有一天您拿不出錢來，結果可能會更嚴重
如果擔心對方找您麻煩，那建議您報警提出控告之後
暫時出入最好找個人一起跟您同行
不然就是暫時離開他能找到您的居住地
