新手健身問題

小弟這幾個月開始健身
因為我沒有特別想要變肌肥大,只想要有個在下雨天可以運動的地方
順便練練爆發力,對打球有幫助
所以到目前為止有些觀念跟板上前輩的建議有些出入
例如我一次都練3小時,沒有計畫性的亂練
一個禮拜只練兩天之類等等的~

不過最近在健身房內,有些教練看到我在練自由負重深蹲,抓舉,上膊
都會默默地跟他的學員說練這個容易受傷不建議新手練

我很好奇,這些動作真的不適合種訊初學者做嗎?
