檢方徹查強冠、進威、郭烈成上下游

延燒多天的餿水油案，屏東檢方今天有大動作。

強冠下游有13間食品油廠商，檢方請各地的衛生單位進行稽查。今天下午檢方更凍結強冠九個帳戶，留下兩個帳戶供員工薪資使用，其中董事長葉文祥個人的帳戶未查扣。

檢方也提到，外傳葉文祥為香港金寶運的董事，目前檢方透過法務部查證中。檢方也進一步稽查郭烈成上游，雲林縣的兩家工廠，帶回油品和帳冊。

另外，在進威上游部分，檢方搜索兩間位於屏東的工廠，帶回人證和物證。
