歐巴馬將建40國反伊斯蘭國聯盟

美國總統歐巴馬將在台灣時間今天上午9時演說，根據事先公布的摘要，歐巴馬將宣布領導40國組成的聯盟，對付伊斯蘭國。聯盟將由遜尼派阿拉伯盟國和土耳其扮演要角，美國不會派遣地面部隊。
