標題[問題] 台哥大微量上網

目前手上的台哥大門號已經到期,當初是用169平板方案辦的,每月流量1g根本用不完而且也很少在打電話剛去直營門市想要把費率換成微量上網的方案對方回答我: 必須先把目前無約的門號退掉再辦一個新的才可行? 想請問是真的得這樣嗎? 另外想請問的是其實小弟已經在日前線上預約遠傳的iphone6(也已完成付訂金) 打算np了是因為考慮到假設iphone6到貨前先np到遠傳使用不綁約的費率等到通知手機到貨後再去綁手機約可行嗎? 可是這樣會不會變成說:因為已經np過去導致iphone6會更晚才拿到手?
