聯絡人：陳太太聯絡方式：0912-206577 / 0935-627670 房屋地點：北市大安區麗水街14巷2號(捷運5號出口出來，面對永康街右手邊那條街) 鄰近交通：除了捷運東門站，走5分鐘就到公車站，有許多公車可以搭。還有 U-bike 站 \^o^/ 所在樓層：4/5 租金(月)：5500元(含瓦斯、水、浴室、冰箱、洗衣等公用電，個人房間電費照電錶計算) 押金：兩個月租金公共設施、設備：洗衣機、很穩的HINET 光纖 WIFI、冰箱、床、桌椅、衣櫥、書櫃冷氣、對外窗(外面有個人的曬衣處) 格局坪數、隔間：約3坪左右.兩面水泥、兩面防火板隔間.雅房能否接受寵物:不能參考圖片： https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0Bxg7zLu7Je9mem9yOHZjOEpiMjQ&usp=sharing 裡面還有一張是我的亂亂佈置XD 備註：我目前是那裏的房客，之前因為在等學校宿舍就住進去房東很好讓我短租，學校等到了，下星期就搬走了，所以幫房東找下一個房客非常方便，又鬧中取靜的地方，隔壁街就是永康街，很多東西吃，雖然有些比較貴，但美食滿多的:DDD 麗水街上有小學，我們就在小學旁邊，安靜舒服的地方，我們的一樓是冰淇淋店，九點多回家都還開著，亮亮的看起來滿安全，雖然多人共用浴室，但現在室友們洗澡時間好像都會剛好錯開，不太需排隊滿推薦的，適合想要有自己安靜空間的人。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.112.4.211 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Rent_ya/M.1411188332.A.B32.html
