晚間停班停課指幾點 晚上6點到隔天早上6點

北北基昨天下午宣布昨晚停班停課，但晚上是指幾點？引發爭議。據氣象局提供給縣市政府資料，晚上包含晚上六點到隔天凌晨零點和凌晨零點到清晨六點兩個時段。

氣象局的颱風風力預測，以每六小時為一個單位，一天分成四個時段。根據氣象局昨天下午四點預測，昨晚六點到今天凌晨零點及今天零點到清晨六點這兩個時段，北北基地區平均風力在六到七級、最大陣風在九到十級，都已經到達放假的參考標準。北北基政府可據此宣布「昨晚六點到今晨六點停班停課」。

突如其來的颱風假，讓民眾不知工資、工時怎麼計算？對此，北市勞動局表示，颱風假非法定的「假」，若停班後勞工若仍留下來上班，工資照領；若停班後不出勤，雇主扣發剩下的薪水也不違法。
