1.寬心建設品值口碑好嗎？
2.此件案地基位置、生活機能、交通建設、學區、上交流道，方便嗎？
3.此建案附近也有相似條件不錯的建案嗎？
4.此建案一坪入手價大約多少呢？
5.開價19萬合理嗎?
