老闆最近問我,部門擴編有2-3個缺,問我有無學弟妹可以推薦 (應該會讓我帶 = =) 坦白說, 學弟妹想進台積的,幾乎應屆就自己進來了. 不想進台積的, 費多少口舌都沒用. 【工作職缺】臺積電研發 【職缺要求】 1. 善於溝通協調 2. 態度很重要 - 誠信 樂觀 進取 好相處 3. 希望您有一定的半導體訓練, 半導體製程 or 元件物理要懂 對了, 假如你不符合部門要求, 但態度OK的話,很樂意幫你推薦給相關部門. 【薪資】 年薪: 大概是月薪 x 26. 碩士新鮮人公定價: 44000 up.
