標題[問題] 試用期想離職 卻卡在錄取通知書的細項

第一份工作做了兩個月，工作內容與原先認知有所落差，所以想離職。 基本上就是雜工，主管說沒有交接的必要。 所以在試用期間提早三天講了，想月底直接走人。 但當初的錄取通知書上居然有一條細項寫著：適用期間聘用解除須提早30天通知。 我整個傻眼。 勞基法說三個月內可以直接遞辭呈，可是當初錄取通知書有簽名同意由公司備份。 現在老闆在國外出差，主管希望我等到下禮拜一跟老闆談談再走。 人事也沒有提早放我走的權利，但老實說真的是一天也不想多待了。 想說這個月撐過有全勤，就塊陶阿～ 這間公司15號才發薪水，很怕到時候以未提前30天通知為由薪水被東扣西扣。 現在整個人很煩惱…… 懇請大家給點意見，非常感謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.252.200.169 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1414660773.A.BF0.html
