追正義上游 基檢搜索勝其得公司

基隆市「勝其得企業有限公司」涉嫌收購廢棄食用油，銷往正義油品的上游廠商「久豐油脂」公司，昨天檢察官楊淑芬指揮市警局刑大偵三隊、基隆環保局等單位，搜索負責人住家、公司、汐止及新店儲油廠，約談張姓負責人、周姓司機後，各以5萬元交保。檢方表示，勝其得公司自前年起收購廢食用油，以每公升10至19元不等的價位售出，共獲利253萬多元。

檢方指出，昨天也會同基隆衛生局人員到場稽查，但衛生局不願採樣抽驗油品，只好另委由新北市衛生局代為檢驗。對此，基隆衛生局食品科長王翠雯表示，根據食安法規定，衛生局僅能抽驗食品，但餿水油為廢棄物的一種，權責歸環保局所屬，也因此次查獲的油品不在基隆市內，故無法跨區抽檢。
