常聽一些炒房者再說
1：現在不買，以後會更貴
2：現在買不起，以後會更買不起

我只想回一句話
現在的價格我都嫌貴了，你們以後炒高的房價我當然覺得更貴了
重點在那呢？
現在這種房價我都不接受了，你覺得我會傻到去買以後你們炒更高的房價嗎？
結果：炒房者不降價，想買房者不追價，交易量持續委縮
結論：
想買房卻不追價者毫無損失，口袋越來越麥可
想賣房者一直賣不出房，房貸利率越來越高，稅金越繳越多，得到嘴上富貴，資產卻越來越縮

所以不買最大，沒有損失，繼續看戲，看誰比氣長
房價就繼續漲給大家看吧！現在不買，以後漲更高的房價更不會買！
