問題鴨血高市：3火鍋連鎖店下架

高雄市衛生局追查黑心鴨血，今天稽查高市鼎王、千葉、老四川巴蜀麻辣燙店，查核結果均已停止供應，並自主下架。

新北市双鵬公司疑似使用飼料用禽血製成鴨血流向火鍋店，衛生局循線對轄內的出貨店家展開稽查。

其中，老四川巴蜀麻辣燙店自主通報高市衛生局各分店使用双鵬公司製售的鴨血食自主下架情形。

衛生局說，老四川巴蜀麻辣燙店北、中、南分店共9家，已下架双鵬公司製售鴨血食材總計5桶，約139.8公斤，並已全面更換其他公司鴨血產品，也已自主通報。

另外，千葉火鍋各分店則已由嘉義市總公司通知，昨天回收店內双鵬公司鴨血食材，各分店已無該項食材並全面暫停供應；鼎王火鍋今天也接獲台中市總公司通知，全面下架並暫停供應所有鴨血食材，衛生局前往現場封存60塊大鴨血約30公斤。
