美要求阿里巴巴提供和工商總局對話資訊

阿里巴巴集團控股公司已接獲美國證券管理委員會（SEC）的通知，要求提供更多該公司和中國監管當局對話的資訊。

阿里巴巴發布的聲明說，美國證管會要求提供有關阿里巴巴和國家工商行政管理總局 (SAIC)互動的相關背景資料。工商總局上個月曾發表白皮書，指控阿里巴巴商場接受賄賂與賣假貨。
