尼泊爾呼籲外國提供震災直接金援

尼泊爾發生芮氏規模7.8強震一個月，該國財政部長馬哈特呼籲外國提供更多的直接金援，供該國救災。

馬哈特告訴英國廣播公司，尼泊爾政府用於救災的金錢，只有不到10%來自外國。

尼泊爾政府的救災工作飽受批評，許多地震災民迄今不見任何援品與援助，由於6月開始的雨季將屆，有人憂心災民可能撐不過雨季。

馬哈特表示，他知道外界對政府處理救災的努力多有抱怨，但他希望未來國際捐款能直接由政府管理。他表示，許多國際援助機構在尼泊爾獨立作業，阻礙了政府採取行動的能力。

他說，全球的捐款絕大部分是由聯合國與其他援助機構直接支配。
