關於打電話 從下午收到簡訊之後回到家 一直打00801這支免費的電話 可是 一直電話忙線中 後來發現網頁上有提供Skype 直接撥通之後 發現有提供中文服務 就直接請客服幫我修改成7/12出發 當時沒有改回程 後來家人覺得行程被縮短2天 又要我再打電話再問看看能不能免費更改回程 這次接通速度更快 告知客服之前7/10航班因為颱風取消 更改到7/12了 但是回程沒有更改 現在能不能免費更改回程呢？ 客服先回覆 一般來說是不能免費更改的 但是這次比較特殊 所以可以讓你免費更改的 結論 客服讓我免費更改了回程 用Skype打比較快接通 ----- Sent from JPTT on my HTC One 801e. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.26.187.6 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Japan_Travel/M.1404841342.A.F17.html
