無端降薪到底有沒有違法我不知道 但我說我身邊的例子 我所在的公務機關約聘人員，之前換過一個主管後 也是全面降薪，大約降10%左右 新主管是用甚麼理由來降薪呢? 這個理由大家絕對第一次聽過 他說"我們現在國家經濟困難，我們要節省人事開銷，愛台灣" 之中本來也有一個員工揚言要申訴到勞工局 但最後也不了了之 我的這篇的重點是 連公務機關，這種相較於私人機關守法很多的工作場合，都會降薪了 私人機關降薪，走法律告不贏的 就算你告贏，你也準備走路了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.160.23.126 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1404577372.A.02A.html
