標題[問題] 請教使用執照的查詢

最近想在工作地點附近買房子 看上一間透天 價格也很漂亮 臨路的有車庫(?) 屋主說是車庫 也有鐵捲門 但是鐵捲門上沒有車庫的字樣 車庫前面也未畫紅線 屋主也都會將車子停在自家車庫(?)前 但是為了怕之後有爭議 就上網下載APP查使用執照 http://cpabm.cpami.gov.tw/twmap.jsp 輸入了地址之後(106-8號) 很奇妙的 可以查詢到106號~106-7號還有106-9號 但是唯獨跳過106-8號 這樣是甚麼情形? 106-8號沒有使用執照嗎? 另外106號~106-7號及106-9號的使用執照 在基地面積的部分 寫著:騎樓0平方公尺 其它:88平方公尺 這樣是代表她的車庫真的是車庫而不是做為其他之使用嗎? 以上感謝板上高手解答 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.78.81.252 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1409652886.A.8C3.html
