指羅淑蕾羅織入罪 柯P辦公室提告

國民黨立委羅淑蕾指控無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲，擔任台大外科加護病房主任時，私設MG149帳戶疑設洗錢。柯文哲辦公室下午1點半到台北地檢署告羅淑蕾涉嫌誣告、妨礙名譽以及違反選罷法中的意圖使人不當選。

柯辦發言人姚立明表示，「外科加護病房醫療經費MG149研究專戶」是台大醫院公設帳戶，不是柯文哲的私人帳戶，羅淑蕾將柯文哲制定的辦法移花接木後就說柯洗錢，根本是羅織罪名、完全不是事實；在選舉期間放出這樣的消息，有意圖使人不當選之嫌。
