台76線八卦山隧道103年度下半年防災演練訂103年12月10日10時~11時辦理，預演訂103年 12月9日10時~11時，屆時隧道雙向封閉禁行，請行駛於隧道內之車輛駕駛人，配合演練單位人員之疏導及管制措施，欲往來員林~草屯間之用路人，請即早改道148線替代道路行駛。替代道路說明: （1)員林→草屯替代道路:台76線林厝下匝道→137線→148線→台14乙線→草屯、南投。（2)草屯→員林替代道路:台14乙線→148線→137線→員林、台76線林厝上匝道。（3)行駛國道3號（南下、北上）用路人，可提前於草屯交流道、南投交流道下，接台14 乙線走替代道路。全文網址：http://ppt.cc/pa7P -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 210.69.58.182 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ChangHua/M.1417673074.A.446.html
