如果沒有綁合約，隨時都可以NP出去，只是完成NP需要2個工作天，
台哥大SIM卡開通之前都還是要付中華月租費
不過據說中華會用通話優惠為由擋住客人NP
所以去中華櫃台繳240元手續費時一定要確認NP不會被擋住，不然又要多跑一趟
