標題[問題] 晉升不調薪

故事是這樣的，我在二月提離職（因為得知三月會被晉升，覺得良心過意不去，所以早點提），三月公司並沒有因為我要離職而沒升遷，但前天看到薪資條，發現還是之前沒晉升的底薪，我去問了主管，主管說，因爲公司制度是先晉升後調薪，在決定調薪的同時，我的離職單同時在HR，如果這時候調的話，老闆會被質疑，員工都要離職了，還調薪水，請問公司這樣的制度有符合勞基法嗎？謝謝大家的幫忙：） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 113.163.137.21 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1428630560.A.FFF.html
