標題[問題] 非大都會區老公寓值得買嗎?

想問一下目前我鎖定宜蘭市的幾個老公寓地段不差價格我可以接受唯一的問題在於至少都是20-30年的老公寓目前的屋況都還OK 只是一間房少說會住20多年就算住個幾年要脫手也擔心年份過久讓人望之卻步請問各位老公寓值得購買嗎? 在地段價格格局及現況都不差的情況下因為據我聽到宜蘭市這一帶其實也很少在蓋公寓或是華廈了幾乎都是透天可是我對透天沒有需求只需要能夠棲身養家的公寓 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.56.178.243 ※ 編輯: BABYINCAR 來自: 61.56.178.243 (12/04 21:06)
