一開始原本是工程師後來增加了訓練員最近又多了陪稽人員工作增加倒是還好但完全是不相關工作且陪稽人員的工作感覺跟自己完全不合需要懂公司生產流程客戶來時不能冷場還要聊公司產業的話題稽核時要臨場反應好客戶問題要能回答原本主管詢問我意見要不要參加我婉拒了但主管希望我多多磨練所以還是要我參加那我接下來應該怎麼做比較好盡力試試看真的做不來主管也許不會勉強我 (但做不來的過程可能會頗難堪) 默默的開104 或是? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 175.180.126.131 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425471309.A.341.html
