因應年輕選民 中選會研議電子投票

中選會代理主委劉義周上午表示，因應年輕世代選民，多數都使用網路，接受網路投票或電子投票的可能性較大，中選會展開研究，研究電子投票的機制，以備未來選舉的需要。他說，未來只要社會接受度大，有較大的社會共識，就可以推出來。

劉義周在立法院內政委員會說明時，提及中選會內部曾提出一項研究計畫，即「電子投票技術與運作機制研究計畫，應用於多選舉區不在籍投票的雛型系統設計」，主要研究依選舉人身分動態產製電子選票的機制，為了降低辦理多選舉區不在籍投票時，選票的印製、交換、領發及開票的複雜性，並藉由雛型機的製作，建立與外界溝通討論的基礎。

吳育昇進一步追問什麼時候可以推動，劉義周說，最大問題不在科技，而在於政治信任。劉義周說，他曾訪問過愛沙尼亞，他們就已實施網路投票，因此，技術不是問題。
