練了7個月好像沒什麼成果...

小弟今年2月剛當上爸爸,之前答應老婆生完小孩就不再打電動,所以我把熱情都轉移到了健身上面.一開始什麼都不知道,靠著爬大家的健身文章自己摸索,就這樣在家練到現在,可是感覺一直沒什麼進步...在這希望靠著發文能找到問題點.

前幾個月練的不是很勤,因為得照顧剛出生的小孩~最近2個月大概1個禮拜都有練到5天,每次訓練大概都在50分鐘左右.每周大概是腿.胸.背.休.二頭.胸.三頭這樣練.一般都是在家練,最近因為健身工廠有爸爸免費體驗1個月所以假日只要有時間會去健身房練.

吃的方面之前沒在注意,最近一個月早餐半片雞胸肉+蛋餅+無糖豆漿,十點再吃半片雞胸肉+1顆水煮蛋,中餐吃公司便當,晚餐吃飯或麵+1片雞胸肉+2顆蛋+花椰菜,然後等小孩睡後開始訓練,訓練完大概都11點了,在吃1片雞胸肉+三顆蛋白+麥片+豆漿,之後睡覺,偶爾會吃些香蕉和蘋果但不固定,除了中餐和早餐外其他都是吃水主餐,炸的和肥肉都沒吃也沒喝飲料大概就這樣.
